DO NOT book an appointment if any of the below applies to you:
•Under the age of 18
• Pregnant or nursing
• Botox or derma fillers on or around the enhancement area within the last month
• Have transmittable blood conditions or diseases such as hepatitis, HIV/AIDS etc
• Taken accutane in the past year & your skin has not regulated
• Diabetic (must be controlled & approved by your doctor)
• Chemotherapy in the past year
• Skin allergies to pigmentation or make-up
• Epileptic/prone to seizures
• Within 3 weeks of chemical peel, must be fully healed prior to appointment.
• Active sunburn or frostbite
• Current use of products with ingredients such as Alpha or beta hydroxy acids(Retin-A products) Must discontinue use at least 14 days before appointment
• Use of blood thinners or blood pressure medications

DEPOSIT
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your appointment. This will go towards the total service cost and the rest of your balance will be due in CASH ONLY on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 3 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to re-book. If within 3 days, you are only allowed to reschedule your appointment TWO TIMES ONLY. The new appointment must be within 6 months from your original date and the client will be responsible for the current pricing.
TARDINESS
Please do not be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment - it may be considered a NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION, resulting in the loss of your deposit and 50% charge of the service fee. If you are late, CALL/TEXT me immediately to let me know.
CANCELLATION/ NO SHOWS
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit the deposit. No shows, no call/text or last minute cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and will be charged 50% of the service fee. NO
EXCEPTIONS. NO SHOW = NO FUTURE
APPOINTMENT.
*This policy also applies to touch up appointments. You will be charged the necessary fees if you fail to comply with the policy.
PREVIOUS TATTOO WORK
If you have previous tattoo work on your brows from another artist, you must submit photos of your bare brows for approval before booking an appointment.
Please send 3 clear photos of your bare brows in good lighting - front view, left brow and right brows.
ELIGIBILITY
Please read the list of disqualifications. Do not book an appointment if you are ineligible due to a contradiction.
GUESTS
No additional guests, pets or children will be allowed in the salon.
SICK
If you are sick, experiencing any flu/cold/covid like symptoms, or around anyone that is, please notify me ASAP.
